eturn & Exchange Policy — Desire Scents

At Desire Scents, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that have been opened, tested, or sprayed cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.


Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Images or video of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.


Return Process

  1. Email us at desirescents51@gmail.com with your order details.

  2. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  3. Once approved, the customer must ship the product back to us in secure packaging.

  4. After inspection, we will process your exchange or store credit.

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

We currently offer exchanges or store credit only.
(No cash refunds.)
