Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Desirescents. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Cut-off Time

All orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be processed starting the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates (Flat Rate)

To keep things simple for our customers across Pakistan, we charge a flat shipping fee:

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 per order.

3. Delivery Estimates (Handling & Transit Time)

We work hard to get your fragrances to you as quickly as possible. Your total delivery time is calculated as follows:

Order Handling (Processing) 1 - 2 Business Days (Mon-Sat)
Transit Time (Shipping) 3 - 4 Business Days (Mon-Sat)
Total Estimated Delivery 4 - 6 Business Days

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all cities and regions across Pakistan. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid any delays in receiving your premium scents.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email before the order is dispatched.
